Hi! My name is Amanda Olson and I am a Certified Yoga Instructor. I have been teaching Hatha yoga for nearly a decade. Yoga for me was love at first sight. Practicing yoga has been a life changing experience for me as a mother, wife, and instructor - helping me manage stress, maintain fitness and balance in my every day life. The thing people always tell me is that getting started is the hardest part. Stepping out of our comfort zone can be scary. Don't be afraid to try yoga!!! It's an AMAZING practice that you can use your whole life!
My mission is to provide a safe, welcoming, friendly yoga studio where you can feel truly balanced mentally and physically. I am a practical down to earth instructor hoping to inspire people in my community to experience their interconnection with all of life. I focus on flexibility so that your muscles move like a rubber band, not like a guitar string. My goal is for you to feel less stressed and more connected to your body.
