Hi! My name is Amanda Olson and I am a certified Yoga Instructor. I have been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa yoga for over 6 years and have been at Dragonfly Yoga for 5 of those years. Yoga for me was love at first sight. It helped me deal with stress, feel more connected to my body, and balanced in my life. My goal as a teacher is to help you love yoga as much as I do whether you are practicing on your own or in a group. The thing people always tell me is that getting started is the hardest part. Stepping out of our comfort zone can be scary. Don't be afraid to try yoga!!! It's an AMAZING practice that you can use your whole life!
