Join us on Friday evening, April 27th, for a beautiful yoga practice designed to relieve stress infused with energy-boosting and mind-calming essential oils.
Missy Raymond, a Young Living Essential Oils educator, will choose specific oils to complement the intention of our practice, which will focus on relaxation, self-love, compassion and acceptance. These oils are created to remove stagnant energy, detoxify the body, calm the mind, relax and restore equilibrium.
The 60 minute yoga practice, lead by Amanda, will start slowly with more yin-style or restorative poses, which is great for ALL levels.
Class will begin with a brief introduction to Young Living Essential Oils and will describe which oils have been selected for our practice. Class will end with a conclusive talk about YLEO, a period for questions and answers, and a glass of wine 🍷 Everyone will leave with an essential oil sample gift.
