How to Prepare for A Group Yoga Class
Welcome to Dragonfly Yoga & Fitness! If you have a yoga mat, bring it! If not, I have extra ones you can borrow. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
The price per group class is $12. You can pay at the studio with cash, check, or Venmo.
